Spectrum Mentoring is a community-based program with a goal of matching the youth served by Spectrum with caring, responsible adult volunteers. It is our agency’s mission to work together with youth and their families to strengthen their abilities to live successfully in their community. Along with Spectrum youth, we also serve youth in the Burlington City middle schools and the high school as well as any Chittenden County school that contract with Spectrum for a Student Assistance Program Counselor. Our youth age ranges from 12 years to 22 years with an average age of 15 years old.
