The Mobius Mission

The mission of Mobius is to increase the number of high-quality, adult-to-youth mentoring relationships in Chittenden County. We aim to do this by developing a culture of mentoring in the community, by nurturing the growth of existing programs, and by building additional capacity through the creation of new programs.

Our Vision

We envision a future where:

• Every young person in Chittenden County, from age 5-24, who needs or wants a mentor has one.
• Mentoring programs are well-managed, have the resources to meet the need, and demonstrate proven models of best practices.
• The community is engaged in collaborative partnerships that support mentoring, and adult-youth mentoring is a common and valued way of life
